Aziah Kamari Pless (AKP) is a multidisciplinary creative and founder of AKP Alliance, a boutique marketing and communications agency helping brands show up bolder, smarter, and more soulfully. A seasoned storyteller and brand strategist, she has written for ESSENCE, MadameNoire, and Sis2Sis, and secured client features in outlets like The Los Angeles Times and POLITICO.
Raised between Florida, Atlanta, and the DMV in a military family, Aziah learned to adapt, connect across cultures, and find home wherever she goes—skills that now inform her global approach to branding and storytelling. After graduating from Florida State University, she honed her expertise at top PR and marketing agencies before launching her firm in 2022 to merge strategy with soul.
Her work spans fashion, entertainment, public health, tech, and more—supporting brands with clarity, creativity, and cultural insight. Fluent in English and conversational in French and Spanish, Aziah bridges cultures and audiences with empathy and intention. With a footprint in 25+ countries, she brings a sharp, identity-driven lens to every project.
Outside of work, you’ll find her running 5Ks, curating spaces for Black women in luxury and leadership, and exploring the world—one passport stamp and story at a time.
